About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from km2fragrances.com. By placing an order you accept them.

Our products

We sell genuine branded fragrances and related products. Some items are sold as testers. A tester is the same fragrance in the same bottle as the retail version, and is full and authentic, but may come without a retail box. Where an item is a tester, this is stated on the product page.

Product images and descriptions

We work hard to show products accurately. Packaging and bottle design change from time to time, so what arrives may differ slightly in presentation from the photograph. The fragrance and the volume will be as described.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include no taxes unless shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. Payment is taken when you order.

Availability

Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it. If that happens we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Orders we may decline

We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Returns

Returns are covered by our return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Limitation of liability

Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the goods you bought. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

If part of these terms does not hold

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
